Everything's reservable...
Studios can be reserved for up to 5 hours. Studio 1 can be reserved for up to 8 hours. Reservations can be made anytime for anytime (during operating hours). Reservations will be held for 15 minutes then cancelled if you don't show up. Reserve now by sending us an email at mediacenter@wm.edu OR through our online reservation system (see message below). Using your W&M USER ID and Password, login to our reservation system. After logging in, you can proceed to the "bookings" link on the left and view studio availability and make a reservation. NOTE: All reservations must be approved by media center staff. You will receive an email notifying you of approval. After making a reservation, it will be tentative until you receive notice that it has been approved.
William & Mary students, faculty and staff may check out production equipment. The loan period is 3 days, no automatic renewals. Before you can check out some types of equipment, you must complete a certification course and sign a loan agreement. To see this semester's class times, go here.
