After completing a brief orientation class (for some equipment) and signing a loan agreement (for all equipment), William & Mary students, staff and faulty can check out Media Center equipment.To see this semester's class times, go here. Due to a combination of persistently large file sizes of multimedia projects and no established/funded storage infrastructure for course projects, files left on workstations will be deleted on a monthly basis (or sooner as needed). We will work with courses to make sure storage is available. For extended projects, we have some external hard drives that can be reserved for in-house use, or a limited number of external hard drives that can be checked out for use outside the Media Center. Loan period is 6 weeks.
