Beware that when adding content, iTunes wil erase all content already on the iPod if you select "Erase and sync" instead of "Cancel" the first time you plug the iPod into your computer. When an iPod is returned to Swem, it will be entirely erased and the library content will be restored.
Apple provides iPod manuals that describe iPod basics, features, and important information regarding safety and handling. Additional help can be provided by iTunes documentation and the library technology student assistants who run the program.
